See, hear, smell, and understand the role of the mid-19th century blacksmith on Roanoke Island. The Farm’s blacksmith will be forging all day, creating items needed around the farm, from nails and staples to trivets and cookhouse supplies. Participation is encouraged in the blacksmith shop! This program is included with general admission to Island Farm.
