Island Farm is Hiring for the 2022 Season
Island Farm is seeking seasonal Historic Interpreters for the April- December 2022 open season. A truly unique position, Historic Interpreters carry out Island Farm’s programs, relaying historical information while providing hands-on education to visitors of all backgrounds. Interpreters portray every day life of 19th century Roanoke Islanders through activities like; blacksmithing, hearth cooking, grounds or building tours, traditional crafts, maritime history demonstrations, and more! Interpreters are the back-bone of Island Farm, and we are looking for motivated individuals to add to our team.
