Types of Outer Banks Volunteer Opportunities We Offer in Manteo
Many volunteer opportunities at Island Farm in Manteo, NC, allow you to work outdoors with plants, animals, as well as people of various ages and backgrounds. You’ll be supported by staff and current volunteers who are available to answer questions and provide guidance. Don’t hesitate to ask for questions or seek out new learning experiences.

Group Volunteering:
Organized groups (e.g. Lion’s Club, employer-based volunteering, 4-H Clubs, etc.) can be accommodated for volunteer opportunities. Please contact the Admin Coordinator for the most up to date information and to coordinate a workday.
